All of elinpack's products can be customized according to your needs, and they will be FAT tested before they are sent to you to ensure that their performance meets the industry-relevant standards. All customers can enjoy the complete after-sales service immediately. Due to covid-19, we also provide the remote commissioning for free via Teams, Zoom, Whatsapp, Skype, and Wechat, etc. all kinds of communication tools to have video meeting with all of our clients.
When you buy elinpack products, you don't need to worry about the machine's complicated installation and commissioning process. Because elinpack has already considered you, we can arrange the professional installation experts to do the whole installation and commissioning guidance. So that you can use the machine as soon as possible, and to ensure that the machine works well. Also, we can help to train your staff for this machine. Buyer pays the round-way tickets; accommodation in decent hotel, translation or transportation service if needed. The installation fee is US$400 / day / person during installation period.
All elinpack products have a one-year warranty. Machine quality problems can be repaired free of charge (except for wearing parts). The warranty does not cover man-made damage, but you can still get repaired and parts replaced at a reasonable price.
We recommend regular maintenance of the machine. The maintenance of the device can ensure the machine's stability and improve its productivity. We can provide Regular return visit (two times/year)for maintenance service and an unscheduled maintenance service, the charge will depend on each one project.
To improve customer after-sales service experience and to have customer problems solved on time, at elinpack, we were required to respond within 24 hours and arrange dispatch engineers within 36h.
